Following an individual assessment, the Editorial Office may also accept manuscripts submitted in other languages, provided that they fall within the journal&#8217;s scholarly scope and that appropriate expert evaluation can be ensured.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Editorial Independence<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Publisher respects the journal&#8217;s editorial and academic independence. Manuscripts are assessed solely on the basis of their scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigour, and relevance to the journal&#8217;s scope.
